Please Note, We have recently learned the C5 Comes with installed 4gb memory card internally(still quite a bit). You may or may not be able to expand the internal memory by taking apart unit at your own risk and installing new TF cards. This was a manufacturing item post error. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We would remove from the listing completely but are unable to do so due to eBay restrictions. Opinions state this is still much better than Apple iPhone due to using Windows Mobile.

1. What languages do this phones support?

English or Chinese is the default language in this phone. As it’s a new released phone, at present, our language pack only has Chinese and English available, no other languages could be installed for options. But as time passes by and the market matures, I am surely certain we will develop more languages for customer’s selections. So before you buy this phone, make sure you accept the English as the default language. If you cannot accept, please don’t bid.

2. Is it a 3G phone? Can it be used under 3G network?
No, this phone is gsm phone not 3G phone, it can only work under gsm networks.

3. Can I insert expansion card into this phone?

No, the phone’s back door is completely sealed, cannot open. If you compulsively take it apart and have it broken, we will be non-responsible for warranty.

4. It looks exactly like iphone, what is the difference between this phone and iphone?

This phone is a copy of iphone on appearance, from the outside appearance, you cannot tell any differences from iphone. Even on the back, it is engraved iphone 16GB, BUT actually, it is not a real iphone, its real memory is 4GB not 16GB. The biggest difference is our Ciphone C5 adopts Windows Mobile 6.1 OS not MacOS X, so if you want to download 3rd party software to enrich its functions, you must download Pocket PC software not MacOS software, please note this!

5. What shipment method do you use?

Normally, we use HK Air Mail Post to deliver one phone to our customers. It would take almost 2 weeks to arrive. If you are urgent with your order, please contact with us before we send your phone. Otherwise, once after we send your package, we would never be responsible for exchanging another shipping way.

6. How long is the warranty?

All phones have 12 months manufacturer's warranty.

7. If the phone raise quality problem, how can I get it repaired?

We guarantee that if we send you a faulty or defective phone, we will be responsible for exchange or repair. Regarding how to pay the shipping fees,lets suggest buyer pays for one way shipping of returned goods to us; the seller, once we examine the goods and found them to be defective and if they are still under warranty, we will repair or replace them before shipping them back to you at no extra cost.

8. Why the pictures listed below are not Windows interface, are you sure it is right windows mobile phone not a generic copy iphone with iphone interface?

For this question, I must clarify that the Ciphone C5 has two versions: one is Chinese version with Chinese language; another is English version with English. But for Chinese version, it has two interfaces, one is iphone interface, another is windows system, you can switch to each other at random as you like. BUT, if our buyers need English, we have to flash the Chinese language to English, so that the iphone interface will get lost, only windows interface still exists. That is indeed a great regret for foreign buyers, but we have to accept the truth anyway.
